SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping:
We offer free shipping within New Zealand only.
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
We send our systems through tracked and insured delivery via NZ Post.

We often use Instafoam packaging in our systems to ensure that no components are moved around during transit.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping and delivery dates vary by place and Tuff Buildz is not responsible for any delays caused by third party handling.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, this email will contain your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 


Shipping Protection
Although we make every effort to guarantee the safety of your orders, sometimes things go wrong!

Unfortunately, whether it's due to error or sometimes even theft - Couriers cannot always guarantee your order will arrive at your doorstep safely!
Shipping Protection helps us replace the product you ordered in the case of an issue in transit.

If you encounter an issue with your order, simply reach out to us here at Tuff Buildz and we will handle your claim as soon as possible.

Shipping Protection will not cover packages that have been set as "Authority To Leave" as this waives the responsibilities of the courier service to personally ensure the package is delivered safely to the customer.

If you have an automatic "Authority To Leave / ATL" arrangement with your courier then please let them know that you require signature on delivery for your Shipping Protection order.


My order has arrived, but it appears damaged
All Tuff Buildz deliveries are signature required – This means if you receive a package that appears to be damaged you can DECLINE delivery and the item will be returned to us by the courier service, and we will arrange a replacement.

However, If you have received an item that appears to be damaged, but you didn’t get the chance to decline delivery - please take some clear photos of the damage and contact us as soon as possible and we will work to remedy the situation and replace the goods if necessary.
