RETURNS:
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at tuffbuildz@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection
of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 Working Days.

 

I've changed my mind and no longer want the item I ordered.
If you've changed your mind you can return your item as long as it's unopened, in mint condition and returned within 14 days of delivery.

If the item does not arrive in sealed condition, Tuff Buildz reserves the right to reject the return or may at its sole discretion apply a minimum 25% restocking fee/damaged return fee, which will be deducted from any credit issued.

The shipping for the return will also be at the cost of the buyer. Once we've received the item and our returns team confirms everything checks out okay, you will receive an account credit which can be used to purchase a replacement item.


REFUNDS:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
